Delivery Information How Much is Delivery? We make every effort to keep our postal charges as low as possible. Delivery is by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. Super Low Rate 1 £2.95 For most orders/items such as collars, leads,Harnesses, ID tags, charms, doggie clothes.   Postage Rate 2 £4.95 total order weight Over 550g is for multiple item orders or heavier items ie: Large K9 dog bowls. How long does delivery take?   We aim to despatch in stock items within 48 hours. In most cases you will receive your goods within two working days for all postal deliveries to UK addresses*.   Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays).     If you order at weekend or Bank holiday, your order will be placed the following working day.   What happens if a product is out of stock?   To avoid disappointment please allow up to 14 days in the event your product is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, and there will be a further delay we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated date or arrange an alternative product/size or a refund. *IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
